At Atmabhan TV, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual and self-development content. As part of our policy of fairness and transparency, please review the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Digital Nature of Our Services

All our offerings—including video courses, guided sessions, and downloadable resources—are digital products. Once a course or membership is purchased and access is granted, the sale is considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course or product more than once.

Technical Issue: If there is a platform-related error that prevents you from accessing the course and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

Unauthorized Transaction: If a purchase was made without your knowledge or consent (subject to investigation).

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

Email us at learning@atmabhan.in
Use the subject line: Refund Request – [Order ID]

Include:

Your full name

Date of purchase

Transaction ID or invoice

Reason for refund request

4. Cancellation Policy

a) One-Time Course Purchase

Once purchased, access is granted immediately. No cancellation is available.

b) Recurring Subscriptions (if applicable)

If your membership or course includes a recurring billing model:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the billing period.

No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused portions of subscriptions.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
